wanna experience some cosy cafe while you are in singapore? Try this cute cafe, Hairloom and Caramel near Suntec. Full of magic and they sell lovely handmade stuff there. The food was ok, but the place was amazing. Caramel is the name of the cafe, and Hairloom is a salon beside this cafe. That's all what girls need to spend their hoilday rite? couldn't agree more.
